Acceptable Use Policy
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone at your organisation who uses NGOsoftware.
You may not use NGOsoftware to
- break the law, commit fraud, or hide the misuse of donor or public funds;
- support terrorism, or deal with people or organisations under United Nations or other applicable sanctions;
- store personal data you have no right to hold, or share it without a lawful basis;
- upload viruses or harmful files, or content that is abusive or exploits anyone, especially children;
- share accounts, sign in as someone else, or try to reach another organisation's data;
- test, scan, overload or attack the service, or copy or resell it.
If this policy is broken
We may remove the content concerned, suspend the accounts involved, or end the service. Where the law requires it, we may report the matter to the authorities. We will tell your Admin unless the law forbids it.
